Habits are things we do regularly, often without thinking about them. The ability to do things almost on autopilot, with minimal conscious thought or control, is very important to the way we live our lives. Basically, a habit involves patterns of behaviour that have become habitual. The bad news is that it takes time and effort to change those patterns. The good news, on the other hand, is that it can be done, often with great success.
Before you can be on autopilot, you will have to be on manual. So be very conscious of what you are doing, when you do it and how often you do it. To learn more about habits and how to create new positive habits, watch this week’s AlexandraTV episode.
